Election Season

As Senior Pastor Eric Pickerill asked earlier this year when election season was just beginning to really ramp up, How am I going to respond to the pressure? That question is still important now. How do we respond as leaders? As Christians? These resources below are intended to help as you lead your groups during this election season.

This content is not meant to replace your study time but as a helpful tool in navigating conversations and spiritual growth pertaining to politics. If you would like to process or have questions, please reach out to our small groups team at smallgroups@vineyardcolumbus.org.

Love Anyway Feasts
From the Common Grounds website -

“Common Ground USA along with our partners are launching Love Anyway Feasts, an intentional campaign after election day to remind us of the power of community and offer an alternative to “us and them” politics. We want to see people walk away from this political season and still love their families, friends and neighbors: especially ones who voted differently than them.

Our vision is to have thousands of dinners being hosted by individuals and groups from all sectors of society and walks of life during the week of November 8-17.
